Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and coconut oil or butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until melted and smooth.
- In a large mixing bowl, stir together crushed pretzels, peanut butter, and chopped peanuts (if using).
- Pour the melted chocolate over the pretzel mixture and fold to combine.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Sprinkle sea salt flakes on top if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm.
- Serve or store in the fridge in an airtight container.
Notes
- Use crunchy peanut butter for added texture.
- White chocolate can be swapped for milk or dark chocolate.
- For a firmer texture, freeze for 20 minutes instead of chilling.
- Store in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for longer storage.
