Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Drain pineapple.

    While the cake is baking, drain the pineapple.
      • Place cream cheese and milk in a mixing bowl.

        Let the cream cheese stand at room temperature for 1 hour. Place the cream cheese in a bowl. Gradually add a little milk at a time, beating at medium speed to blend the mixture smoothly.
      • Add vanilla pudding.
        Step 6
        Then add pudding mix.
      • Beat for 12 minutes.
        Step 7
        Beat at a low speed for 12 minutes.
      • Spread over the baked cake.
        Step 8
        Spread the mixture over the cake.
      • Top with the crushed pineapple.
        Step 9
        Top with crushed pineapple, sprinkled evenly.
      • Spread the Cool Whip.
        Step 10
        On top of this, spread Cool Whip.
    • Sprinkle the coconut.
      Step 11
      Sprinkle coconut over everything.
