Instructions

Prep the Ingredients

  • Brown the ground beef: Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Chop the potatoes: Cut them into bite-sized pieces for even cooking.

Layer the Ingredients

  • Place the chopped potatoes at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • Add a layer of browned ground beef.
  • Sprinkle on the beans and corn.
  • Pour the tomato sauce over the top and sprinkle with seasonings.
  • Repeat the layers if needed, ensuring the ingredients are evenly distributed.

Cook the Casserole

  • Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the potatoes are tender.
  • In the last 30 minutes, sprinkle shredded cheese on top and let it melt.
