Toss raw chicken drumsticks in the glass casserole dish and 3 other ingredients
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch glass casserole dish if needed for easier cleanup.
2. Arrange the raw chicken drumsticks in the glass casserole dish in a single layer.

3. In a small bowl, stir together the dry onion soup mix, barbecue sauce, and apricot preserves until well combined.

4. Spoon the sauce mixture evenly over the drumsticks, turning them a little if needed so they are well coated.

5. Bake uncovered for 45 to 55 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches 165°F in the thickest part. If you want a little more color, spoon some sauce over the tops halfway through baking.

6. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving so the juices settle and the sauce thickens slightly.
